Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in Palmyra, VA.
• Deliver exceptional patient care with sustainable caseloads supported by productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards.
• Engage in opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and potential clinic ownership.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Licensed or pending licensure Physical Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Team-oriented individual with a passion for learning and professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $83,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and certifications.
• Clinician bonus plan offering up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck (up to $31,000 annually).
