We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our founding clinical team in Leesburg, Virginia. This position is with Loudoun Medical Group, a leading multispecialty medical group, focusing on outpatient orthopedics and a diverse caseload including post-operative rehab.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based care, and coordinating with surgeons and sports medicine physicians to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Virginia PT license or eligibility.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehab preferred.
• Experience with post-operative protocols preferred (joint replacement, rotator cuff, ACL).
• Advanced training/certification such as OCS, COMT, SCS, or FAAOMPT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and post-surgical patients.
• Provide post-operative rehabilitation for joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, ACL reconstructions, and fracture recovery.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement training.
• Educate patients on body mechanics, pain management, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and multidisciplinary providers.

We are seeking a skilled, motivated Physical Therapist with a passion for outpatient orthopedics to join our founding clinical team in Leesburg, Virginia. As part of Loudoun Medical Group (LMG), one of Northern Virginia's largest physician-owned, multispecialty medical groups, you'll treat a diverse orthopedic caseload — from post-operative joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, and ACL reconstructions to arthritis, tendinopathy, and sports injuries — in a personalized, evidence-based model with direct access to referring orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine physicians.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
• CPR / BLS certification
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation preferred
• Experience with post-operative protocols (joint replacement, rotator cuff, ACL) preferred
• Advanced training or certification such as OCS, COMT, SCS, or FAAOMPT preferred
• Strong manual therapy, clinical reasoning, and communication skills
