Qualifications

• Active Michigan property & casualty license required on day one.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with clients via multiple channels.
• Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, quotes, and responsive support.
• Round accounts and recommend coverage increases where appropriate.
• Secure best coverage and rate, prepare quotes, bind coverage, and manage inspections.
• Educate clients on policy details and renewal preparation.
• Maintain retention and document sales activity accurately.
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute in meetings.
• Stay current on products, carriers, and agency technology.
