Job summary

Mizell Campbell Allstate Agency is seeking a Personal Lines Producer to help maximize profitable client relationships and grow the book of business through new client sales. The role is remote, with responsibilities spanning client qualification, quotes, and education on coverages.

Ideal candidates will have an insurance license, 2+ years of personal/commercial lines experience, and strong sales, negotiation, and client-service skills. This position supports ongoing development and outreach.

Qualifications

• Hold the state insurance license and 2+ years personal/commercial lines experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, underwriting.
• Proven B2B sales success with negotiation and closing skills.
• People-oriented, customer-focused, and assertive in developing new client relationships.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients through follow-up and timely quotations.
• Actively prospect, round accounts, and solicit increases or new clients.
• Obtain best coverage and bind insurance; coordinate inspections and documentation.
• Educate insured on coverages and rates.
• Support renewal/retention and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with team, mentor staff, and participate in meetings as needed.
• Maintain CE and ongoing education; stay informed on industry changes.
