Qualifications

• Active PE license in civil, geotechnical, or structural engineering.
• 6+ years in construction materials testing, geotechnical engineering, or special inspection with client-facing responsibilities.
• Proven ability to bring in work or a credible market plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a book of clients across contractors, owners, developers, and design firms.
• Scope, price, and write proposals; negotiate terms; convert opportunities into signed work.
• Serve as engineer of record on projects you win; review data, seal reports/letters.
• Direct technicians and inspectors; coordinate with the lab on testing schedules.
• Represent the company at owner meetings, pre-construction meetings, and industry events.
