Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) seeks an Addiction Specialist to join the PACT team in Western Massachusetts. You will conduct comprehensive substance use evaluations, develop recovery plans, and coordinate with families, community and residential providers to support treatment goals.

You will maintain clinical licensure hours, ensure safety, and engage in outreach to promote positive outcomes in community settings.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to treat challenging and diverse populations, including forensic clients.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive Substance Use Evaluations with Recovery Plans and recommendations.
• Includes family, community, and residential providers in treatment as appropriate.
• Maintains direct service productivity as defined by the PACT program.
• Ensures clients make progress on the outcome measure used by PACT.
• Provides risk/crisis evaluations and maintains safety in various settings.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree and/or CADCH
