Job summary

Gobravvo is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C) to drive client-focused sales in a fast-paced, technology-driven agency. You will assess client needs, tailor property & casualty coverage, and manage relationships from prospecting to policy servicing in a full-time, on-site role.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, excels in outbound and inbound sales, and can communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required for eligibility.
• Outbound and inbound sales experience with a proven closing record.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools used in client management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client relationships through outreach.
• Assess client needs and recommend P&C coverage options.
• Negotiate terms and premiums to fit client and agency standards.
• Handle policy processing, documentation, and follow-up with clients.
• Support marketing campaigns and improve sales processes.
• Provide customer service, process changes, and assist with claims.
