Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent license is required.
• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License is required.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend suitable insurance products.
• Market and sell property, casualty, health, and life insurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with ongoing follow-up.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding policy coverage, billing, claims, and changes.
• Document all interactions and maintain organized records in compliance with standards.
• Contribute to agency growth by achieving or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
