River Vista Behavioral Health is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to support the day-to-day operations of Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs. The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field, CA license (LCSW/LMFT/ACSW/AMFT), and CPI/CPR certification, with relevant outpatient experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a psychiatric health care facility with direct family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills.
• CA licensure as LCSW, LMFT, ACSW or AMFT; CPI and CPR certification required.

• Coordinate psychosocial assessments and discharge planning; maintain patient records.
• Provide group and individual therapy; crisis intervention as needed.
