Qualifications

• Master’s degree or license eligibility for Arizona behavioral health licensure.
• Ability to work with individuals with SMI or general mental health issues.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling to clients.
• Engage clients in Independent Living Skills and wellness activities.
• Monitor caseload and complete assessments, treatment plans, and discharge plans.
• Coordinate services with state, federal, and local agencies.
• Deliver individual and group outpatient sessions.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, state laws, and Terros policies.
