Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapy Assistant to treat patients under an OT plan and document daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes. You will assist nursing staff with restorative training and participate in in-services for the facility.

You will communicate patient progress with the supervisor and health team, contribute to discharge planning, and instruct families in maintenance and caregiver training for discharge from therapy services.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Staff Occupational Therapy Assistant and maintain licensure per state requirements.
• Strong computer skills; inputting data in Casamba and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients under the OT plan and document daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Assist nursing with restorative staff training; participate in in-services for the facility.
