Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in the state required.
• Must maintain licensure in good standing.
• Ability to read and understand technical procedures and policies.
• Proficiency with computer-based documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients daily per OT plan and document progress.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Assist nursing staff with training and discharge planning.
• Communicate patient progress with supervisor and health team.
