Job summary

PACS Group seeks a Staff Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will document daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes, following the physician treatment plan and OT Board regulations.

You will also assist the nursing department with Restorative Aide training, participate in discharge planning, and communicate progress to supervisors and families. Licensure must be maintained in good standing.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in the state required.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Ability to read and follow technical procedures and policy manuals.
• Must maintain license in good standing with the state board.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the OT and physician treatment plans.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Assist Nursing with training Restorative Aides.
• Participate in discharge planning and family training for home care.
