Job summary

Responsibilities include customer service excellence, order tracking, and maintaining product knowledge on lenses, frames, coatings, and warranties. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Optical dispensing experience required or strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent customer service.
• HIPAA experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Delivers extraordinary experience to each patient and explains product/service options.
• Custom fits glasses and accurately places prescriptions in lenses.
• Builds clientele through outstanding service and referrals.
• Assists co-workers with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Retrieves and updates patient charts and electronic health records.
• Interprets prescriptions and creates lab work orders for lenses.
• Checks final product for fit and visual acuity and makes adjustments as needed.
• Keeps store area clean and organized and manages stock displays.
