Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Optician to join our team, delivering personalized service and precisely fitting glasses while recording measurements and ensuring eyewear meets customer expectations.

You will apply optical knowledge, use iPads for prescriptions, and assist colleagues with complex requests, all while maintaining store standards and achieving KPIs. A state license and dispensing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• State Licensure required in the state of practice.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to use iPAD/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescription in lenses.
• Lead with optical knowledge and product expertise.
• Measure and adjust eyewear with attention to detail.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Maintain store appearance and meet Brand KPIs.
