Visology is seeking a Licensed Optician to lead our multi-store optical team across 3–5 locations in Texas. This role blends patient care with team development, inventory accuracy, and operational coverage to ensure consistent service across stores.

You will mentor Eyewear Sales Stylists, champion telemedicine eye exams, own performance metrics, and travel regularly between sites. If you bring 5+ years of optics, a valid license, and proven leadership, you’ll shape workflows and help Visology

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Optician credential (Massachusetts required).
• 5+ years of optical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or multi-site role.
• Deep optical knowledge — lenses, standards, troubleshooting, all of it.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train Eyewear Sales Stylist teams across 3–5 retail locations
• Champion our telemedicine eye exam workflows and keep every store's team exam-ready
• Own inventory accuracy, store readiness, and consistency across your locations
• Roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on operational coverage when a store needs it
• Turn escalated customer concerns into resolved, loyal patients
• Track performance metrics across your stores and drive the improvements that move the needle
