Qualifications

• Active Licensed Optician credential (Massachusetts required).
• 5+ years of optical experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train Eyewear Sales Stylist teams across 3–5 stores.
• Champion telemedicine eye exam workflows and ensure stores stay exam-ready.
• Own inventory accuracy, store readiness, and cross-location consistency.
• Provide hands-on operational coverage when a store needs it.
• Turn escalated customer concerns into loyal patients.
• Track performance metrics across stores and drive improvements.
