Visology Ltd. seeks a Licensed Optician to lead across 3–5 retail locations in Massachusetts and Texas, shaping how we deliver exceptional care as we scale.

You will supervise Eyewear Sales Stylist teams, champion telemedicine eye exams, own inventory accuracy, and travel between stores to ensure readiness and consistency. This hands-on leadership role offers real ownership over performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Optician credential (Massachusetts required).
• 5+ years of optical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or multi-site role.
• Deep optical knowledge — lenses, standards, troubleshooting, all of it.
• Leadership that inspires: strong training, coaching, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train Eyewear Sales Stylist teams across 3–5 retail locations
• Champion our telemedicine eye exam workflows and keep every store's team exam-ready
• Own inventory accuracy, store readiness, and consistency across your locations
• Roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on operational coverage when a store needs it
• Turn escalated customer concerns into resolved, loyal patients
• Track performance metrics across your stores and drive the improvements that move the needle
