Visology Ltd. is growing quickly and seeks a Licensed Optician to lead across 3–5 stores. This role blends hands-on operations with people development, helping shape how our eyewear brand delivers exceptional care as we scale.

You will supervise Eyewear Sales Stylist teams, champion telemedicine eye exams, and own inventory accuracy while traveling between locations. Massachusetts license and 5+ years in optics are required, with a path to district management as we expand.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Licensed Optician credential.
• 5+ years optical experience including 2+ years in supervision.
• Deep optical knowledge — lenses and standards.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, coach, and train Eyewear Sales Stylist teams across 3–5 retail locations
• Champion our telemedicine eye exam workflows and keep every store's team exam-ready
• Own inventory accuracy, store readiness, and consistency across your locations
• Roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on operational coverage when a store needs it
• Turn escalated customer concerns into resolved, loyal patients
• Track performance metrics across your stores and drive the improvements that move the needle

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Optician credential (Massachusetts required)
• 5+ years of optical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or multi-site role
• Deep optical knowledge — lenses, standards, troubleshooting, all of it
• Leadership that inspires: strong training, coaching, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations
