Job summary

Visology Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Optician to lead the team across multiple stores in Massachusetts and Texas.

You will supervise Eyewear Sales Stylist teams, champion telemedicine eye exams, and ensure store readiness and inventory accuracy through hands-on leadership and coaching. You bring Massachusetts licensure, 5+ years of optical experience with supervisory responsibility, and a track record of developing teams.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Optician credential (Massachusetts required).
• Minimum 5 years optical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or multi-site role.
• Deep optical knowledge across lenses, standards, troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership with training, coaching, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train Eyewear Sales Stylist teams across 3–5 retail locations.
• Champion telemedicine eye exam workflows and keep stores exam-ready.
• Own inventory accuracy, store readiness, and consistency across locations.
• Provide hands-on operational coverage when a store needs it.
• Turn escalated customer concerns into resolved, loyal patients.
• Track performance metrics across stores and drive improvements.
