Visology Ltd. is growing quickly and seeks a Licensed Optician to lead across 3–5 stores. This role blends hands-on operations with people development, helping shape how our eyewear brand delivers exceptional care as we scale.

You will supervise Eyewear Sales Stylist teams, champion telemedicine eye exams, and own inventory accuracy while traveling between locations. Massachusetts license and 5+ years in optics are required, with a path to district management as we expand.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Licensed Optician credential.
• 5+ years optical experience including 2+ years in supervision.
• Deep optical knowledge — lenses and standards.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train Eyewear Sales Stylist teams across 3–5 locations.
• Champion telemedicine eye exams and maintain exam-readiness at stores.
• Own inventory accuracy and store readiness across locations.
• Provide hands-on operational coverage when needed.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and turn them into loyal patients.
• Track performance metrics and drive improvements across stores.
