Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist each customer in frame and lens selection meeting social distance requirements
• Ensure compliance with social distancing, cleaning protocols, and hygiene practices
• Provide customers with accurate product information regarding frames, lens selections and other services
• Provide customers with accurate insurance information to assist with selection of frames and lenses
• Utilize the SERVE sales process to identify customer needs and establish lens recommendations
• Analyze and interpret prescriptions and coordinate with Lab and Optometrist to ensure accuracy
