Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in frame and lens selection.
• Follow social distancing, hygiene and safety protocols.
• Provide customers with accurate product information and services.
• Explain insurance benefits to customers and highlight non-covered charges.
• Use SERVE process to identify needs and recommend lens options.
• Interpret prescriptions and coordinate with Lab and Optometrist for accuracy.
• Sell, fit, and dispense frames and accessories with proper measurements.
• Maintain a clean, organized dispensing area and accurate pricing.
• Comply with state licensure requirements and company policies.
