Visionworks is seeking a part-time Optical Assistant to assist customers in selecting frames and lenses, fit and dispense eyewear, and communicate prescription details with the lab and optometrist as needed.

The role requires state licensure for ophthalmic dispensing, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work onsite. You will provide guidance on frame, lens options, and insurance benefits while maintaining HIPAA privacy and professional standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have and maintain applicable state licensure for ophthalmic dispensing.
• Knowledge of optical products, services, and prescription interpretation is required.
