Warby Parker is opening a new store in Morristown, NJ and seeks a skilled Optician to join our in-house team. You will help customers select eyewear, take measurements, and ensure fit and quality while conveying prescription details clearly.

Qualifications

• Valid optician license (or ABO certification where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle
• Contribute to best practices for sales and service across the organization
• Represent Warby Parker brand and educate customers about values
