Qualifications

- Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators
- Willingness to embrace new technology and change
- Knowledge of current eyewear fashion trends
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and set expectations
- Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses
- Lead with optical knowledge and assist customers with complex needs
- Take and record measurements with attention to detail
- Ensure eyewear meets standards and customer needs
- Maintain store appearance, organization and safety practices
- Utilize iPad/tablet and POS for transactions and inventory
- Strive to achieve brand KPIs and sales targets
