LensCrafters, a part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks aLicensed Optician to deliver brand value and premier eye care within the community. You will provide legendary customer service and craft high-quality eyewear that exceeds expectations.

You’ll lead with optical expertise, fit glasses precisely, and guide customers through product selections with a focus on accuracy and care. The role emphasizes multi-tasking, adherence to store standards, and ongoing learning to improve results and customer

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills; ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators.
• Embrace new technology & change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead with optical knowledge and assist team with complex needs.
• Record measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards and customer needs.
• Use technology accurately under time pressure; maintain product knowledge.
• Maintain store appearance; keep area clean, attractive and organized.
• Adhere to policies including discounts, promotions and inventory.
• Ensure safety and follow best practices.
