You’ll explain prescription details, help customers choose frames, and collaborate with teammates to uphold our brand values and vision.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license
• ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states
• Clear, effective, professional communicator who can break down technical terms for customers
• Dedicated to going above-and-beyond to help customers and teammates
• Energetic, positive team player in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
• Open-minded and constantly learning

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet eyewear needs and take/record measurements
• Adjust and fit eyewear with flawless accuracy
• Ensure final eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings
• Collaborate with team to provide exceptional service
• Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, style, and lifestyle
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the organization
• Represent Warby Parker and educate others about values and mission
