The Licensed Optician at For Eyes Algonquin will deliver exceptional customer service and expertly fit eyewear to meet each guest's vision needs.

You will perform precise measurements, advise on lens types, and maintain store standards while supporting a dynamic team across 105 stores nationwide. Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills – ability to use & carry an iPAD/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers warmly and explains what to expect.
• Custom fits glasses and places prescriptions in lenses.
• Leads with optical acumen and supports associates.
• Takes measurements and ensures eyewear meets standards.
• Attracts new customers and explores needs with questions.
