For Eyes is hiring a Licensed Optician to deliver the brand value proposition and exceptional customer service, within our busy Algonquin store. You will help customers select expertly crafted eyewear and ensure prescriptions are accurately placed into lenses with precise measurements.

The role requires state licensure and optical dispensing experience, strong selling skills, and familiarity with POS/tablet tools. Grow with a leader in vision care and enjoy our total rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure to practice as an Optician.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of eyewear products and trends.
• Familiarity with POS and tablet-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Custom fit glasses and input prescriptions into lenses.
• Record measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Explain features/benefits of lenses and frames to customers.
• Maintain store appearance and protect company assets.
• Meet store KPIs and drive sales performance.
