For Eyes is hiring a Licensed Optician to deliver exceptional customer service and craft high-quality eyewear. The role involves precision fitting, taking measurements, and ensuring satisfaction while meeting brand standards.

You will help grow the customer base through attentive service and product knowledge, with responsibilities spanning from fitting to education at pick-up. The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with a goal of exceeding

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure required.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with current store merchandise and POS systems.
• Basic math skills and awareness of fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver excellent service.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Record measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Cross-sell and attract new customers.
• Explain features and benefits of lenses and frames using tools.
