Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure to dispense optical products.
• Experience in optical dispensing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS, tablets and basic math.
• Knowledge of current eyewear trends.
• Ability to sell and educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine needs.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions.
• Record measurements and ensure accurate eyewear.
• Explain features and benefits of lenses and frames.
• Achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Keep store clean and organized.
