Job summary

For Eyes is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver legendary customer service while crafting high-quality eyewear. You will greet customers, take measurements, fit frames, and ensure prescriptions are accurately applied.

As part of EssilorLuxottica's retail network, you will use an iPad, assist with lens selection, and help customers find the right vision solutions. The role offers growth, benefits, and a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• State licensure as an optician is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise and fashion trends.
• Basic math skills for lens calculations.
• Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators.
• Selling skills and ability to use an iPad/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain the service process.
• Custom fits glasses and accurately places prescription in lenses.
• Take and record measurements; adjust eyewear precisely.
• Provide lens and frame recommendations with product knowledge.
• Assist coworkers and maintain store appearance.
• Strive to meet Brand KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
