LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver our brand value and establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for vision needs within the community. You will provide legendary customer service and craft high-quality eyewear that surpasses expectations.

Responsibilities include precise measurements, custom fitting, and staying current with technology and products to meet customer needs while maintaining store standards and brand KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• State licensure required.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS, tablets and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead in optical acumen and professional conduct.
• Take and record measurements; ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Utilize technology efficiently while maintaining product knowledge.
