Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers on entry to create an easy, memorable experience
• Provide product and service recommendations
• Meet sales goals in compliance with policies
• Assist patients in choosing products that fit budget and needs
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints
• Measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames per prescription
• Maintain brand standards through housekeeping and store upkeep
