Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients as a Licensed Optician.
• You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• You have the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients and customers as they enter the store, identifying needs for an easy experience.
• Provide product and service recommendations.
• Meet sales goals while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Help patients select products that fit budget and eyecare needs.
• Identify prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Measure, fit, and adjust lenses and frames per prescription.
