Job summary

Stanton Optical, a Now Optics brand, is seeking a Licensed Optician to create an easy eye care experience for customers in-store. You will greet patients, recommend products, and guide them through the dispense process to ensure satisfaction and accurate eyewear fittings.

Ideal candidates hold ABO/NCLE licenses, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment with opportunities for professional development and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients as a Licensed Optician.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients and customers as they enter the store, identifying patient needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience.
• Provide recommendations on products and services available.
• Meet sales goals established by management while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Help patients choose products and services that fit their budget and eyecare needs.
• Identify and troubleshoot prescription-related issues to resolve complaints.
• Measure, fit, and adjust lenses and frames per prescription.
• Ensure brand standards by basic housekeeping duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
