Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Licensed Optician to provide an exceptional eye care shopping experience in-store. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend eyewear, and guide them through the dispensing process in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll support achieving sales goals, handle prescription-related questions, and ensure brand standards while delivering thoughtful service and solutions, in a friendly, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients as a Licensed Optician.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
• Clear communication with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs for an easy, memorable experience.
• Provide product and service recommendations to customers.
• Meet sales goals while following company policies and procedures.
• Help patients choose products that fit their budget and eyecare needs.
• Identify and troubleshoot prescription-related issues to resolve complaints.
• Measure, fit, and adjust lenses and frames per prescriptions or specs; perform minor repairs.
• Maintain brand standards through basic housekeeping and store presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
