You will help patients choose products that fit their budget and eye care needs while achieving sales goals and maintaining brand standards. This role requires strong communication and a patient-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Licensed Optician with proven customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients and customers entering the store.
• Provide product and service recommendations.
• Meet sales goals while following policies and procedures.
• Assist patients in choosing products to fit budget and eyecare needs.
• Identify and troubleshoot prescription issues to resolve concerns.
• Measure, fit, and adjust lenses and frames per prescription.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping.
