Responsibilities

• Interpret and verify optical prescriptions and enter order information accurately.
• Take precise measurements, including pupillary distance and segment height.
• Adjust, fit, repair, and maintain eyeglasses for comfort and proper alignment.
• Educate customers on lens options, frame materials, coatings, and eyewear care.
• Process orders, track delivery status, and follow up on readiness or adjustments.
• Provide excellent customer service while addressing questions and warranty issues professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming optical sales area.
