Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house team and help customers see with confidence. You will measure, fit, and adjust eyewear, ensuring products meet our standards and customer needs.

Qualificações

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license
• ABO certification or eligibility is preferred in non-licensing states
• Strong customer service and ability to explain terminology clearly

Responsabilidades

• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy
• Check that eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit and lifestyle
• Collaborate with team to develop best practices for sales and service
• Represent our brand and educate customers about Warby Parker values and mission
• Maintain focus on exceptional service for every customer
