LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Optician for a full-time position in a retail setting. The role focuses on delivering Signature Customer Experiences, assisting customers with frame and lens selections, and ensuring eyewear meets optical standards.

The successful candidate will use technology to engage customers, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with store teams to drive exceptional service and sales performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure or certification as an optician.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Knowledge of store merchandise assortment and Inventory management systems.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Sales skills – ability to use IPAD/tablet.
• Comfortable with technology to engage patients, customers and associates.
