Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure and optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS and tablets for sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions precisely.
• Lead in optical acumen and product knowledge.
• Take and record measurements; adjust eyewear with precision.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately under time pressure with tools.
• Be proactive to exceed customer expectations and find solutions.
• Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Maintain brand KPIs and store standards.
• Keep store appearance clean, organized and safe.
