Warby Parker is seeking licensed dispensing opticians in New Jersey to join our in-house optical team. You will help customers with eyewear needs, measure and fit frames, and ensure products meet our standards.

You will explain prescriptions, guide frame and lens selections, and contribute to a team focused on exceptional service and brand education. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective, and professional communicator who can break down technical terms for customers.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with customers to help meet all of their eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the store.
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate customers about our values and mission.
