Qualifications

Position Overview

Deliver exceptional customer service and high‑quality eyewear to patients and customers as a Licensed Optician at LensCrafters.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set clear expectations
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription lenses
• Act as a leader in optical knowledge and customer service
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs
• Assist the team with complex product needs and prescriptions
• Use technology accurately under time pressure, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and using appropriate tools
• Be proactive, explore root causes of issues, and proactively solve problems to exceed expectations
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time among competing priorities
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPI’s and competencies
• Maintain store appearance, helping to keep the environment clean, attractive, and organized

Basic Qualifications
