Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations with customers.
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen.
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensure finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume; demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tool use.
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, think forward, ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded; solution‑driven.
• Multi‑task, prioritize and manage time with competing priorities.
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies.
• Take pride in store appearance; help keep store clean, attractive and organized.
• Inform management of safety opportunities; demonstrate safe work practices.
• Be resourceful, self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement and results.

Compensation & Benefits

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
