Responsibilities

Oversee all sales and operational activities to meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store associates.
Staff the store to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and provide performance recognition.
Maintain brand presentation and merchandising standards.
Monitor business via KPIs and implement action plans.
Manage inventory accuracy and asset protection.
Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses and ensure prescription eyewear accuracy.
Support training initiatives and manage employee relations, time and attendance.
