Job summary

Oliver Peoples Boston Seaport is seeking an experienced Licensed Store Manager to lead a luxury eyewear team on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales KPIs.

You will recruit, onboard and develop talent, maintain brand standards, monitor KPIs, manage inventory, and ensure flawless service from frame fitting to final measurements in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Holds an active state optical dispensing license
• Retail management experience, preferably within a luxury selling environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Financial acumen
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and operational activities of the store to meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop qualified talent, preferably with experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Coach associates with clear, motivating feedback in a timely manner.
• Accurately staff the store to consistently deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Maintain accurate product inventory and brand standards.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to drive performance.
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to lifestyle and prescription.
• Ensure accurate measurements, fitting, and execution of all details.
