Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager in Hendersonville, TN to lead the in-house Optical team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You’ll coach Opticians, perform measurements and fittings, and maintain optical standards while driving engagement and loyalty.

The role requires a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified) with at least 2 years in a management position, and a passion for eyewear and retail excellence. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Competenze

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Experience leading a team of Opticians or similar retail leadership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Lead and coach the store's Opticians; consult customers on eyewear needs.
• Manage workflows: measurements, fittings, and quality checks to meet standards.
• Oversee store operations and inventory; collaborate with Store Leader on staffing.
