• Performs patient transfers with safe body mechanics and assists as needed.
• Evaluates, customizes splints/orthotics if required.
• Educates patients, families, and care teams using effective teaching methods.
• Maintains clinical documentation and communicates with the care team.
• Participates in team meetings and program activities.
